Some guitars have a small plate that screws in over top to cover the access point. Item has been described to the best of my knowledge and is Being Sold As Is. Generally, you can access your truss rod in the headstock of your guitar. Truss rod is fully intact and works fine with no issues. I would give the neck a solid 8.5 out of 10 for its condition. Neck is straight. 2 small residue/wear marks on back of headstock, possibly from factory sticker being removed. A few light scratch/nick marks on top edge area of headstock.
